Coauthor, with Marcos Marvá, of PostData, an online freely available Introduction to Statistics course (in Spanish), with a complete collection of R programming tutorials (Python version coming soon).
I am an experienced teacher, focused on helping students bridge the gap between formal mathematics and its applications to their subject fields.
Passionate about innovation in teaching, I introduced the R programming language for the teaching of Statistics at the Maths Department at the University of Alcalá (and still managed to get high scores among my students in the official teaching quality surveys). I also installed the first Moodle server there.
